Prospective purchasers and or buyers should note that all the property information has been provided by the current property vendors owners and developers. ABBi Ltd may not have inspected
and verified the property details in any way.
ABBi Limited act purely as marketing agents for clients. Our services are limited to providing you with information supplied by the vendors, owners and developers and answering any questions you may have with regards to the materials supplied. Both buyers
and sellers must undertake all legal obligations relating to property purchases themselves.
ABBi Limited do not provide any legal services or advisory services, nor offer any financial or valuation services to clients. All property valuations are supplied from the property vendor or financial institutions connected with the financing of the property, directly with the client.
ABBi Limited and their associates, partners, affiliates, employees, agents, directors, officers, contractors, successors and assigns do not accept any liability for any investment decisions made on the basis of, arising out of, or in any way related to, the use of information contained on this website.
The information and services provided by ABBi Limited do not constitute financial, investment or tax advice and should not be taken as such.
ABBi Limited are not licensed investment advisors or estate agents and are not authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide investment or financial advice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PROPERTY OFFERED BY ABBi Limited:
Unless specifically stated the property deals offered by us are provided by Developers and their Managing Agents, and all contracts, purchasing terms, conditions and refund guarantees are wholly and exclusively the responsibility of the relevant developer and not ABBi Limited. Buyers must not proceed with a purchase unless they accept this condition in its entirety.
We present information to buyers as it is provided to us by the developer but we cannot vouch for its accuracy nor can we be held responsible if such information is found to be inaccurate.
It is the investors responsibility to take whatever precautions they deem necessary to ensure the accuracy of information prior to reserving a property.
Measurements; In view of the implications of the property Mis-Descriptions act, These particulars have been prepared in good faith to give a fair overall view of the property and do not form any part of an offer or contract to the purchaser or any third party, and must not be relied upon as statements or representations of fact.

ABBi Limited use information supplied by the vendor to market properties for sale for lifestyle and investment purposes. It is the buyers responsibility to carry out their own due diligence in addition to the information we supply.
Once a buyer decides to proceed, ABBi Limited will pass the Buyers details over to the vendor of the proeprty. You may be required to complete a reservation form. All monies for reservations and or deposits will be transferred direct to the selling agent or vendor. ABBi Limited will never take monies from the buyer. ABBi Limited will not charge you fees for their services as a broker, their fees are paid direct from the seller or vendor.
Should ABBi Limited need to charge you a fee, you will be provided with full terms and conditions for payment and such fee will be presented to you as an invoice.
All properties are that are advertised with ABBi Limited are accepted and printed on the basis of these Terms & Conditions.
